Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. All our products entitled for 30 days no question asked return policy. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS for REFUND
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
All Imitation Articles or Jewellery are Not Eligible for Returns in any Case. In some conditional cases approved by Avarta’s Team, we will deduct 5% of Order Value or ₹150/- which ever is higher will be deducted. All Sezzle transactions are returnable in Gold Jewellery at deduction of 5% on Order Value.
RETURN for EXCHANGE
All products purchased from our website also entitled for lifetime exchange. For an exchange, We will issue a store credit of 80% of Current Gold (For particular carat) Market Value and 90% of the Diamond Value and 60% of the Gemstone Value(of Invoiced Date & Gemstone Should Not be Cracked). If Article consists of Cubic Zircons, Swarovski or any other stone then we will not issue any amount against it. Store Credit Issued Valid for Lifetime for Single time Purchase.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, Call us on Help desk or email us on [email protected] We will initiate a pickup for you and after checking the product, we will initiate the refund to the original payment mode which was used to make payment at the time of purchase. You can also place return request from website. Fill in the simple form and all done. We will do the rest.
Your 1 Call or Email Will Start Return Process. We will ask reason for the return but it’s not compulsory to answer.
Yes, Most important, Return Shipping is paid by us. So don’t worry about return shipping charges.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your payment account from which we received payment at the time of purchase, depending on your credit card/bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
What we cover in warranty? All manufacturing defects that appears during 6 months of purchase, comes under warranty. We will not entertain any wear & tear of product.
Incase Stone fell from product and lost, then we will service the product free of cost but stone cost will be paid by customer only. Usually we did not charge for CZ or American Diamonds But it’s our choice to provide it for free. We will pick product and deliver it to you again with nominal shipping fee(After Warranty).

RETURNS or REFUNDS & WARRANTY FOR USA CUSTOMERS
For USA Customers, Very Simple Return Policy, If the product you get is different from what we shown on website for a particular product, 100% Refund will be issued if claimed within 3 days of Delivery. Just Fill the form, attach snaps, and if we approve it, it will be refunded within 5 working days. There may be no need to return the product. There will be no warranty on the product but we are liable of what we sell. If taken little care, Product will work for longer time.
No Medical Damages will be on us in case of any allergic reactions by our jewelry. Customers need to be aware about polishing reaction with skin and if they are allergic with polishing, we strongly recommend not to buy our product.
