Cancellation Process

Customers can request cancellation of an order within 4 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation request must be communicated to us via phone call or email only. Requests made through other channels, such as social media or messaging platforms, will not be considered valid for cancellation.

Once the 4-hour window has passed, the order is automatically moved into processing. As many of our jewellery pieces require careful handling, customization, or immediate preparation, cancellation requests received after 4 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time frame, the order will be canceled successfully, and the refund (if applicable) will be initiated as per our refund policy and original mode of payment.

Please note that Avarta Jewellery reserves the right to decline cancellation requests if the order has already entered the processing, packaging, or shipping stage, even if the request is made within the stated time limit.
